1.Clarification of the favorable terms of after-sales service and response time of warranty: Reach the site doe repair in 24 hours during the warranty period. If the maintenance personnel of our company fail to arrive at the site and fail to complete the troubleshooting in 24 hours (not including the reason caused by the force majeure) after required for repair by the buyer, the buyer has the right to claim for a penalty of 1% of contract sum for every occurrence by using the cash deposit, and the penalty can¡¯t relieve us of continuing to repair the device until it can be operated normally. After the expiration of warranty period, the routine maintenance time and all kinds of maintenance guarantees should be clarified.
2.Provide 3 years free of charge repair and the list of free of charge spare parts during this period for the valve devices. We will change or repair the parts free of charge in time if any damage occurs due to any non-artificial cause during the free of charge warranty period.
3.We will guarantee the minimum service life of the device. No significant fault should occur by chance causes in the operation during this period; otherwise, the buyer has the right to prosecute the responsibility of us. |
